Educated as a Chemical Engineer, certified in Project Management and trained in Leadership at the Schulich School of Business (York University, Canada), he brings extensive international experience across EPC, manufacturing, and the development and implementation of nuclear quality assurance programs.
Experience Summary
Before 2002, he delivered EPC projects for polyester manufacturing facilities in India, Indonesia, and Australia, with direct responsibility for project management, process commissioning, and manufacturing operations, collaborating with major technology licensors from the UK, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the USA.
Since 2002, he has led corporate and project-level nuclear quality assurance programs for CANDU facilities in Canada and internationally, performing nuclear audits and supplier assessments across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. He is a recognized Lead Auditor and Assessor for CSA N286, N285, N299, ASME NQA-1, ASME Section III, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, and ISO 9001, with strong expertise in CANDU technology, radiation protection, and EPC lifecycle quality governance. He holds high-level security clearance for Canadian nuclear facilities.
