Renzo Colombo

Graduated in Nuclear Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan with more than 30 years of professional experience, partly dedicated to projects in the nuclear sector and partly to Data Center infrastructure projects.

He contributed to the simulation and design of the thermodynamic cycles of the Montalto di Castro power plant and then dedicated himself to important data center construction and outsourcing projects for multinational clients.

During his career, as Senior Project Manger, he has followed all phases of the life cycle of IT projects, from the commercial proposal to the customer, to the customer-to-outsourcer transition phases, up to the service delivery phase, working on close contact with customers’ stakeholders, including C-level, and with main contractors/suppliers.

He is currently actively involved in the world of scientific dissemination relating to nuclear technologies and to the correct communication to the public, both academic and general, about the most debated topics in the energy and nuclear fields.
